Isho'Yahb II (East Syriac/Nestorian; d. 646) was the Catholicos of the Church of the East from 628-646 AD. His surviving works consist of a single letter to a certain Rabban Abraham, on How we should confess the single prosopon of Christ. A French translation exists of this by L.R.M.Sako (1983)
