I’ve been posting translations of the Annals of Eutychius of Alexandria, or Sa`id ibn Bitriq, (10th c. A.D.) for some time now. A kind correspondent has made a list of all the posts in which these translations appear, and I give this below. The chunks are of no particular size, and are just as long as I felt like doing at the time. (This is, of course, the only possible way to tackle so long a work.) Update 7th May 2019 – this is now complete and awaiting revision. I see that I started with chapter 8 on 21 November 2014. It’s taken five years to do this. I also see that one chapter I abbreviated – I will look at this again.
